3. S15's are effectivly an S14. The spec R's drive and handle differently due to all the chassis (and slight engine) tweeks but the spec s is (for all intents and purposes) an S14 and drives just like one - just without the turbo. Best bet, buy a Spec S. Buy a crash damaged S14 and swap the engine/gearbox etc over and you have a S15 turbo.
