Today was the last time it happened but luckily I had a small 12v battery in my hatch from my motorcycle and a pair of jumper cables.

The MK1 Focus came just before everything went to CANBUS with modules and ECUs scattered throughout the car. The engines in the MK1 Focus will be much simpler and probably cheaper to repair and/or replace than the new stuff. Practicality Focus MK1 folding rear seats arrangement give an almost flat load space.
