Hey Jim, like others have said. Old Town is an approximately 15-minute ride from Port Gruž with a taxi/uber. Buses are also a good option as there is a bus heading to Old Town every 10 minutes. Dubrovnik ferry port. Dubrovnik ferry terminal is located in Kantafig area of Gruz bay, only 3 kilometers from the Old historic part of the town. All the ferries and catamarans from and to Dubrovnik operate from there. The ferry terminal is open 0-24, 7 days a week. The main bus station is located near the ferry terminal which makes it easier The Dubrovnik Old Town is truly magnificent, despite the tourist crowds. It truly is an open-air museum, and every time we went anywhere, we were in awe as we looked around. Maybe we missed a bunch of museums and churches, but none of us really cared. Z2kr0.
