We added each other using No Man's Sky friend code. But every time someone hosts a multiplayer session, it doesn't appear on the other player's available Multiplayer sessions. Also, we both have networking enabled and Friends can join in Network settings. On PS5 there's an additional option for CrossPlay, also enabled.
